Just reading your intro and seeing your delightful photo brings back a lot of great memories of living for six years in Louisiana. Please keep posting ... it's great fun.
well, i've just discovered your blog for now i dont have time to read your blog or post anything to mine, i'm a second officer of the mercant navy, and i had a friend LA who is cajun like you. and for the last line; what a sweet couple you are : )) thats a lovely pic, i gotta go
