Hi! I've been outa commision, and typing is hard to do. Just sitting is rough. thanks to somebody I plan on answering for their idea about back rehabilitation excercises. I might try it...kinda scared tho, just yet. I just had an MRI yesterday so we gonna see what we gonna see about it. (?) S'cuse me for being a little rusty here. I 'axed' Cappy to get on here and blog some, but...oh migosh, he's outa commision too, temporarily. This is not usual for us. Not typical at all..we are usually running off to do one thing or another. Well, lest I bore you into never darkening our blogsite again, I'll close for now.
